Rules & Conditions
Please read and understand these terms before renting from Cavite Camp Rentals.
1Condition of Rental Items
All gear must be returned in the same condition as when rented. The renter is responsible for any damaged or missing items.
2Rental Period & Return
Items must be returned on or before the agreed date and time. Late returns will incur a charge of ₱100 per hour.
3Identification Requirement
A valid government-issued ID is required upon arrival for verification and security purposes.
4Pick-Up and Delivery
Items must be picked up by the renter. Delivery is available upon request and subject to additional fees. Items are securely packed before release.
5Security & Liability
All items are tested and checked before release. The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
6Item Check-Upon Receipt
Renter must inspect items upon receiving. Failure to report any issue means items are accepted in good condition.
7Prohibited Use
No open flames, smoking, or cooking are permitted inside the tent.
8Changes, Refunds & Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable regardless of reason. Rescheduling is allowed once within one month if requested at least 5 days before the rental date. We do not and cannot control the weather.
